There would also be new borrowing caps, or "aggregate limits," for undergraduates ($50,000), graduate students ($100,000) and professional programs ($150,000). |

All you'd have to do is have law firms recruit from the top bar exam scores, or LSAT scores, etc - rather than the top law schools / law school grades, and tuition would drop by 90%. |
