Spent $1000 in labor so far (great prolegoy felon I'm paying $30/hr), whole project will probably cost less than $2000 in labor. Materials have been stuff I found around the property and densified hardwood flooring I got on clearance for $750. The guy also brings up odds and ends from his own property (leftovers from building his own house).
I'll be giving this guy basically a full time job for the next month or so just renovating. Great experience. |
