I got a webber grill last week and I'm gonna grill this weekend. However, my last few attempts at grilling burgers and chicken have not turned out well.
DESCRIBE your process for cooking DEM MEATS on the grill to perfection.

1. Put the coals in pile in center
2. light them on fire
3. cover grill
4. leave
repeat until true: 5. check for brickettes to be gray and no longer burning
6. spread ashen coals in a circle with none under center
7. put on dem meats
8. wait for dem meats
