Why did Ukraine stop bombing Russian fuel tanks? Seemed like a great strategy

It’s increasingly hard to see how life there is sustainable for russia. Supplying the military there is hard enough but getting enough food and fuel to support the large civilian population seems impossible at this point. All civilian fuel sales are suspended. They continue to lose ferries and they can’t seem to do anything to protect fuel on the northern routes into crimea. It’s a matter of time before they launch a bunch of flamingo missiles and drones at the kerch bridge, saturate the air defenses and drop a span. Good luck repairing that while their equipment is under drone harassment and before they drop another span.
