we were in a meeting with me and another partner and this associate and i was telling the other partner how associate and i disagreed with his conclusion on some esoteric legal issue (7th Amendment implications of NLRB trials, we filed for an injunction against the NLRB proceeding with a ULP trial on constitutional grounds), and he sucked his teeth and said "he wrong, yo, he trippin. he wrong as shit"

we were on a zoom call with a client a few weeks ago preparing for bargaining. client said something kind of critical to me about one of my suggestions about a bargaining proposal we were discussing. associate said, "daaaaaaayum!" and started laughing.

there are other examples. the really weird thing is he's like 5'7", jewish and wears a kippah and those ropes that hang off their pants, wears black pants/white shirts, etc. he leaves the office every friday at like 2 pm, out for any jewish holiday. have seen him praying in his office. it's kind of a mindfuck to see him then talking like a ghetto back dood, lol.

should i say something? i don't like hassling people but this is fucking ridiculous. the disrespect is a bit much.
