This used to be my goal, but not anymore. I won't let myself go, but I am not obsessed with looking young anymore. You'll end up disappointed once you hit 60 and beyond. Just stay thin and have a good personality.

i havent lost any hair and closing in on 50 but honestly ppl esp girls can tell, even with no wrinkles, no significant aging theres just little things they can tell. ive noticed in last couple years only and im aging better than 95% of guys. its retarded when guys pretend they can be "35" when they are 50. its furking not possible IMHO

You can do it, but you'd need more extreme measures, like plastic surgery. Brat Pitt did it. He looks way younger than this chronological age.
Edit: Wait, no wrinkles at 50? Did you surgically remove them?

You're a special case, because you're a bitter, lost wandering soul. They don't really make those in 35 yo's

cr, some easy ways forward.
1. Drink more water and cut out every other shitty drink.
2. Good skincare routine in the morning and at night is not just for women. Introduce some retinol.
3. Cut the sugar, easiest way to improve.
4. Do a diversity of cardio exercises. Elevate the heart rate at varying kinds of activities that are low impact--stairs, elliptical, rowing, cycling, rotate around so you're moving different muscles and keeping active.

Hard truth: the people who achieve this (without spending millions on plastic surgery) are almost uniformly alcohol abstainers (or they drink it so infrequently as to make them effectively abstainers—I have a glass of champagne on NYE! type people).

My current anti-agepill stack:
1. Finasteride for hair
2. Skin- Tretinoin, topical vitamin c, moisturizer, near infrared/red light twice a week, microneedling, ghk-cu
3. Rapamycin seems pretty likely to be an anti-aging compound in humans. I take 10 mg once every couple weeks to induce autophagy while minimizing side effects. Occasional mouth ulcers but insulin resistance markers and lipids are fine.
4. Obviously low calorie diet. No alcohol
5. 5 hours of cardio and strength training a week.
strangers are usually shocked when they find out my age so it appears to be working ok.

5 hours of cardio A WEEK? The rest is mostly CR, but you're basically sedentary.

Listen man, this already beats the vast majority of people and I don’t have the energy to invest even more effort at keeping the agepill at bay.
