If you get a 2 story depending on home design, elevation, etc you may not even see the roof much anyways. And it's obviously better than a roof that will just fucking fail.
I still think spanish tile is the best looking roof though. If I were getting a new roof right now, I would go for fake tiles that are made of metal. Supposedly close to the longevity of a standard metal roof but much more aesthetic. |
