BREAKING: In a new case, Judge Randolph Moss issued an administrative stay this morning blocking the Trump admin from "moving, transferring, or removing from U.S. custody" the eight men the U.S. wants to send to South Sudan while the stay remains in effect. More to come at Law Dork: lawdork.com |

Date: July 4th, 2025 5:41 PM Author: Motley jew They filed a new action in dc. Judge granted emergency stay to figure out what the hell is going on then transferred new case to Massachusetts where it will presumably go to original judge who got smacked around by SCOTUS. But kept stay in place.
