They are getting better at detection and intervention at the operator level. I think Seattle for the world cup caught something like 98% of unauthorized drones during world cup. Some how they quickly identify them and use officers and their own drones to catch whoever the operator is. But... that's during a major planned event with a saturation of cops on the ground. A regular Mariner game isn't getting that.
It doesn't even take an actual explosive on a drone. Just a bag of flour would send people into a panic and tons would die just getting trampled. |
