I felt "out of danger" when I hit my first year - I was able to go an entire year of routines, ups and downs etc without slipping up.
Year 5 they say and beyond is when it is like a "permanent" thing - I have personally not noticed a difference between Year 2-5.
I have that same thinking about how it will be easier to keep going rather than start again. Every six months or a year or so I will have a "using dream" where I drink and I'm horribly disappointed with myself and crush but then wake up and it is alright. |
