I started using MyFitnessPal app and was amazed at how little calories I actually needed to stay active and full
500 calories a meal is more than enough

credited. i usually do omad too and probably eat less than 1000 on days i’m sedentary.
not that i’m trying to, i’m just not hungry for more than that. people are used to stuffing themselves but it’s possible to train yourself not to
