It's gotten to the point where employees practically beg customers for a top score via emails and multiple voicemails until the "survey" is completed.
I'm somewhat immune from the situation due to my position and also the fact that I always do a good job, but the proles beneath me live in fear of these ridiculous surveys. I didn't know White people still worked. I thought they were all dying off from existential despair and opioid overdose. I hope I helped her in some way. |

He explained that the customer survey would have two questions asking about the salesperson's use of the Surface to show the car's features.
