If you wanna make good espresso at home its like a $8000 investment and would take up tons of counter space

My morning routine is now to get up and make a moka pot. By the time I have the cups filled with cream, or ice for ice coffee, the pot is ready. it takes 1 minute and my wife likes it better than Starbucks. I usually use the Lavazza brick espresso

If you want espresso machine quality milk frothing on your stovetop, then you want the Bellman Espresso. Amazing for this purpose. But I’d reserve its coffee making capabilities for camping stove use. It’s a PITA to clean when you use it to make coffee. Though perhaps not much worse than a Moka Pot.

Probably because of the customer base. Proles don’t care about good coffee so that rules out the Walmart crowd. They can get away with upselling to the Middle Class.

It's crazy I can buy a chainsaw for $250. Proles don't tolerate crazy prices.

But you go to read up on coffee grinders and its all enthusiasts saying "kill yourself if you even consider spending less than 9 grand on a coffee grinder you casual piece of shit idiot"

It doesn’t have to be $250, but you do need a burr grinder to make a consistent grind. A burr grinder is a precise machine, with machine cut parts, and having the proper grind is the third most important part of coffee quality.

It will last a long time and you will use every day, so very well worth it. Paid $99 for mine about a decade ago.

i grow and roast my own coffee beans and milk my cow for milk/cream, and my bees make the sweetner and I forged my own coffee mug from clay I sourced from my back yard.
