I feel like a complete piece of shit right now regarding selling my house

Then our LOWEST bidder came up and matched theirs. Realtor talked to the lender and they’re good to go. They even could go all cash if they have to.
Feel really bad but should I?
This is business I guess. Need to close quick bc we’re buying and our offer if contingent on the sale |
