I stopped exercising during the winter and still was able to lose around 15 lbs from calorie restriction alone. According to ChatGPT, the best way to lose weight is walking/jogging at 105-124bpm. It's easy as fuck, not sure why people don't do this.

I walk 200-250 KM a month, walking naturally is by far the best physical activity, jews wld never admit this

If you walk 200–250 km per month, you're likely taking between 250,000 and 375,000 steps per month, or 8,000–12,000 steps per day.

So? Get a home treadmill, wake up early, and work out the steps. Also: Eat less food. disco fries could at least be not obese if he put in a mild amount of effort. Instead he eats and poasts.
