are you just playing dumb or what? the EEOC is political like every agency. the administration in power decides what gets prioritized. under Biden it was groups like trannies. Trump has explicitly told the EEOC to ignore the tranny shit and instead now pursue "reverse discrimination" cases -- which, as you unwittingly highlight, is really just discrimination. But libs didnt see it that way. They saw punishing white men as enforcing "equity" and "social justice".
