Nah - i think the new expansion fee for the WNBA is $200 mm.
the WNBA has a $2 billion TV deal and is getting bigger stars than the NBA - and the NBA teams are going for $10 billion.
So its not unreasonable to buy into the WNBA at 1/50th the price.

The Sun are owned by the Mohegan Tribe, which runs the casino in Uncasville, Connecticut, where the team has played since 2003. The Tribe bought the franchise for $10 million and relocated it from Orlando, Florida, that year. The Connecticut franchise was the first in the league to be run by a non-NBA owner and became the first to turn a profit.
