Those folks are paid for the effort not the quality. If Hitler was IQ 140 plus like SP he would have recognized that beyond the minimally competent perspective drawing of buildings the judges would have expected as a matter of course an acknowledgment of soul in the pedestrians which was 1) beyond Hitlers capacities and 2) beyond his capacities to realize the significance of for purposes of his application.
