Date: October 28th, 2025 1:56 PM Author: ...,,..;...,,..,..,...,,,;.., had parent teacher conv, and she said it's totally obvious which kids are stuck in front of screens all day and she didnt even need to ask us and knows we dont use screens. she said the screencuck kids have horrible attention spans and need constant stimulation, and the noscreen kids can sit and do a craft or play with a toy for an hour no problem.

currently checking out schools for TK - almost all of the schools sheepishly admitted that they fucked up. they've been letting kids take their laptops home with them after school - screentime has been off the chart. trying to pullback now
“computer literacy” approach feels more like air cover for tests to be digitized and just answer simple questions they can copy paste answers and everything is “streamlined”. |
