For reasons that should be obvious, it is damn near impossible for a dog to successfully latch on to an adult human's neck on the first bite (this is why pitbulls are especially lethal to children). Instead, they resort to biting an arm or a leg. Well, that arm or leg is going to get fucked up, but the human will still have free use of one, maybe two, hands to fuck up the dog and prevent it from getting to the neck. |

Also, apparently lawnmower accidents aren't always Darwin award type stuff. Apparently, they spit out rocks at lethal speeds. |

the point is that there is nothing gained by having a pit bull vs other dogs except for the vanity and psychoses of the owners, so it's just not worth having them around. other countries have banned them and the US should follow suit |
