And really it looks like they have like 20 million ride-or-die Losers in the west who will support them through thick and thin such as when there were no good 3D Zelda games for 20 years. IOW, Minions movies are probably more Lucrative for Illumination than the Mario movies are for Nintendo. They're still getting a huge piece of a $1,000,000,000k gross, but that's just them harvesting their IP. Their 8,000k employees (less than half of Ubisoft's) aren't writing the Films.
