IOW I didn’t have a Ride. In many, many circumstances. I didn’t have a Ride. I also didn’t get help getting a Car or insurance. I distinctly remember paying like $1500 cash in 1998 for an insurance policy. Im not even sure if its legal for a minor to have an “insurance policy” in their name but Scumbags basically are emancipated at 14 or so.
