the internet has made people so fucking stupid it's insane.
how do people see some no-name idiot on twitter breaking major financial news with the source being a *public document* and believe it? it would be breaking news across the world if a "systemically important bank" "broke every covenant." and why would that come out in a public report, wouldn't the story have broke when this bank defaulted on its obligations?
