You turn into a Bolshevik demanding more care for the terminally and mentally ill for just as long as it takes to stop them from killing themselves, then it's back to "How are you going to pay for it?" You tell the grandma dying from pancreatic cancer and the 20 year old who's been raped by her stepparents her whole life that if they really want to kill themselves they should buy a revolver and blow their brains out.
