Date: December 26th, 2025 10:47 AM Author: Gay Grandpa Very soon armed home invasions will be said to have been "door-kick challenges gone wrong" and this will be used as a mitigating factor in softening sentences or dismissing charges outright; i once sat in on a hearing in criminal court where the defendant was drunk during the course of a home invasion- he attacked the homeowner with a knife, the homeowner was savy enough to disarm the animal and win the ensuing fight. Incredibly the public defender argued that "he was drunk!" as a way to excuse the savage's behavior and I watched in disbelief as the judge accepted this reasoning and let the piece of shit off with "time served." Fucking unreal. Up next: "It started as a door-kick challenge your honor, my client did not go to this home with the intent of robbing it." |
