Some other anecdotes include a couple that sold their hold in another state to move here in an RV and they had a toddler. Not sure what happened but they had some RV issue and they had to stay at my place and the husband locked himself out of the RV and they know absolutely no one here so I ended up giving him a ride back to the airbnb because his wife didn't have the car seat to go get him or something. He put the carseat in my trunk and spilled crumbs and shit everywhere and they left the house totally trashed from their stupid kid, but it felt nice to help people.
Another guy had never recorded a stay on Airbnb and was new to the app. Left the place immaculate and even left a $15 cash tip on the bed.
The most recent guests that left glitter everywhere also left jewelry. I have mailed it to them and invoiced them $20, I already sent it so I am hoping they pay.
I am a licensed lawyer btw. |
