Is there something particularly Jewish about American lawyering that we don't see as much of in other countries? Can someone help me understand these potential differences?
I don't mean the practitioners, but the kinds of issues that lawyers focus on, gthe kinds of arguments they make, the kinds of things that judges care about etc. |
