Uber sued those firms because every Uber case they had had a surgery, like every single one.
We have only ever had one Uber case with a surgery. |

our firm doesn't have a lot of surgery cases, of the 1000 spine cases we sign up a year, maybe 1-3 end up in surgery.

I am a catholic who is baptized, goes to mass and confession and believes in the lord jesus christ, just like RSF. i also believe our firm is very ethical and works on severely injured clients, with the quality and pickiness of the cases we choose improving over time.
i am just a lawyer advocating for his clients. the vast majority of our money comes from horrifically injured people, not much of the small impact garbage anymore.
that being said, I am retiring when my net worth hits $10 mil liquid on top of my properties.

but I have no involvement with prelitigation at all. |
