Not like the planching and headstand pushups and L-sits and all that shit. I just mean 90% pullups, dips, push ups, and other bodyweight stuff in pretty high volume. It took a while but once I figured out some rep ranges and recovery time and all that, I started getting overall much leaner and stronger than I have been for years. Granted I am old and lazy, and for years I have rarely pushed myself beyond maintenance with lifting. But I am as cut and solid now as when I was in my 20s, at my strongest and still a dedicated gym bro.

I have had to add weight using a vest because I could tell the high rep volume needed for consistent progress was slowly wearing me down and leading to injury. That really seemed to cause some growth but probably still some kind of end stage n00b gains from however this is hitting me differently. It seems impossible to get truly jacked beyond a certain level with this stuff and it probably doesn't hit the aesthetics many dudes need in terms of arm bulk and projecting chest but I am now convinced it's an awesome way to get in overall good condition, particularly if you are over the hill and past prime lifting age but aren't ready for drugs/TRT.
