Your job is to recruit, retain, and rake a cut. That’s it.
Every time one of them closes a deal, you get paid. Every time one of them fails, it costs you nothing. There’s churn, but it doesn’t matter. There's always another freshly certified 28-year-old with no plan and too much optimism. She thinks she’s going to flip houses. She thinks staging is strategy. She thinks Instagram followers equal clients.
Let her think that.
You don’t answer phones at 10 p.m. You don’t drive to four showings and get ghosted by the buyer. You don’t post TikToks in front of open houses that no one attends. You just cash a cut, month after month, off other people’s flailing and hope.
