because Nvidia CUDA cores require an x86 platform. Nvidia makes ARM SoCs but it can't make H100s run on ARM. x86 is still required.
Only two companies make x86 chips, and one of them is a direct competitor to Nvidia. So of course Nvidia needs Intel to keep making good x86 chips. They'd be suicidal to become dependent on AMD.
