they still have it. actually I haven't noticed it directly in the hotbar recently but am assuming it has to be there, because it's in the section that has meals to heat up in containers, which is usually just cold stuff from the hotbar.

Sodium isn't bad if you have normal kidneys and blood pressure and the sensitivity to dose varies widely. That fat number isn't really that bad. Dal soups get a lot of saturated fat from coconut milk, but 4.5 grams per cup is moderately high not insane.
