Date: June 20th, 2025 9:22 PM Author: crystalline stead all apartments in this complex have been converted to attics. the "downstairs" is a thin concrete tube that you have to squeeze through to get outside. occasionally people get stuck in the tubes; there's only one per floor and we all have to share the space, sometimes simultaneously. the building owner (10 Attica) claims this was a necessity due to zoning laws set by the Blasio administration. taking qs. |

Date: June 20th, 2025 9:28 PM Author: crystalline stead Ikea flat pack and it's as easy as tearing open the packaging and sending it through piece by piece. 10 Attica Holdings LLC has a business deal in place with Ikea and we get a small discount on most, though not all, of their products. sometimes you have to saw through a beam or plank to get it up into the living space, but that's a small price to pay for living so close to the heart of Manhattan's nightlife and bustle and nothing that a splotch of caulk or glub of gorilla glue can't fix. Rent is a conservative 3,200 a month but it depends on your individual unit's configuration (some have small windows, albeit with bars over them. these get quite pricy.) |
