I’m just enjoying watching him dig his own grave. He really has no clue how he looks to everyone.
It will also be funny when the illegal spics don’t get their SNAP and all the DEI blobs in the UCs don’t get their paychecks in 2027

The proposed California wealth tax is an active citizen-initiated constitutional amendment that is currently in the signature-gathering phase to qualify for the November 2026 ballot.
The general process for a citizen-initiated measure like the "2026 Billionaire Tax Act" to reach the California ballot is as follows:
Drafting and Filing: Proponents (in this case, the Service Employees International Union-United Healthcare Workers West and St. John's Community Health) draft the full text of the proposed law and file it with the California Attorney General, along with a request for an official title and summary and a $2,000 fee.
Title and Summary: The Attorney General prepares an official circulating title and a summary (not exceeding 100 words) and a joint fiscal analysis from the Department of Finance and the Legislative Analyst's Office. This process typically takes about 65 days. The title and summary for the wealth tax initiative were issued on December 26, 2025.
Circulation and Signature Gathering: Once the official title and summary are issued, proponents can begin circulating petitions to gather signatures from registered California voters.
For an initiated constitutional amendment, proponents need to collect signatures equal to 8% of the total votes cast for governor in the last gubernatorial election. For the 2026 ballot, this number is approximately 874,641 valid signatures.
Proponents have a maximum of 180 days to collect and file these signatures with county elections officials. The suggested deadline for submitting signatures for the 2026 election is mid-2026.
Signature Verification: County elections officials verify the submitted signatures. If a sufficient number of valid signatures is confirmed by the Secretary of State, the measure qualifies for the ballot.
Placement on the Ballot: If qualified, the measure is placed on the next statewide general election ballot that is held at least 131 days after qualification. The current proposal is intended for the November 2026 general election.
Voter Approval: The measure becomes law if it receives a simple majority of votes from the public.
