So ask the obvious allocator question:
Why take China risk for ~6% nominal growth?
Especially when:
FX risk exists (RMB depreciation)
Equity returns ≠ GDP growth
State intervention caps upside
Capital controls limit exits
From a global capital allocation perspective, 6% China GDP is not screaming “re-rate everything.” |
