She just sort of nodded her head and said, "I'm sorry you feel that weight." Then she told me to set boundaries at work (I told her that I am a lawyer), she told me to practice radical self acceptance (I told her I am a lawyer), she told me to extend myself some grace (I told her that I am a lawyer). Anyways this is an interesting journey of self-discovery that I am on. |

Practicing self-acceptance is tcr if some of the depression comes from insecurity. |
