When did old Nissan Altimas become the official Low Scumbag/URM Car?

Several things happened at the same time
Koreans are basically nyuug or something. They are insecure NOWAGs. They want to sell Elite Cars. So we have Genesis. So we have Are Reptile's Kia Stinger. It leaves an opening.
Mitsubishi stopped caring/trying in the U.S.
French Scumgineer CEO and the whole Renault merger.
Detroit automakers used to make like 1,000,000k Buick/Oldsmobile/Pontiac/Chevy Cavalier/Ford Focus etc sedans every year bc union contracts didn't let them stop even though they had to mark them down like crazy to sell. Insane oversupply meant that basically any new car marque was untainted before ITE. Used cars were Scum. A new Nissan was prestigious.
Now it's the opposite. Detroit is basically not making "sedans" at all. Overpriced SUVs for Women, overpriced trucks for Scumbags. Scumfuckers and URMs need to drive something. Detroit made the default Scum/URM car, but things change. Koreans are too "good" for it or something. So here we are.
Chrysler in particular was TTT and they practically don't exist now atm.
Prior to all of the above Nissan were early af with the car-based SUV boom with the Murano in like 2001. You'd think they'd be better positioned tbh. But then again the Pontiac Aztek had First Mover Advantage.
