Newsom can't get around the Commission without putting it to a statewide vote so that's the current plan. i assume that whatever Newsom proposes will pass. given that he has expressly and publicly said the plan is to screw Republicans i assume that even in CA a federal judge will strike it down if that's what the law allows. |
