It looks it's when your trail hip bends to the lead side on your backswing. It might be a small issue just due to age and flexibility, but I don't think it's a massive issue. When I first started playing almost two years ago, there were two major issues that I've tried to address: my back swing was far too long, and my weight transfer was all wrong: I was overly rotating my trail hip forward instead of my lead hip back, which is why I wasn't ending up on a straight lead leg post.
