intellectual life. always have a good book--a classic--in progress at all times no matter how slow it goes.
physical life. this is actually the easiest. wake up. roll out of bed. get on knees and thank God. then get on the floor and bust out 20. randomly do calisthenics once every two hours or so. take a walk. prioritize it. |
