They will ask you questions, and the immediacy of the moment will trigger an intellectual survival instinct that compels you to answer in a more natural and unrehearsed way. If you suck, then you weren't going to get the job anyway.
also, a huge part of this is gauging the autistic and unlikable personality that is interviewing you and trying to parry and strike at it, which you can't prepare for anyhow afaik. |
