marge is a Woman. just how scummy her family of origin was is unclear. the depictions of her dad were all over the place iirc. i remember thinking her sisters seemed like scumbagettes but also i knew adult women irl from rich(Prep) families that acted similar back in the early 90s.
bart is either scumbag clique or a scumloser. this makes the simpsons scum adjacent at the very least. but not typical of a scumbag family at all imo |
