Biggest lutz wasn't War Zone though. It was downtown. Saw topless female dancing in middle of intersection with jeans that were practically falling down her ass crack. 2 blocks down, two occupied cop cars were there in the middle of same street and doing nothing. 3pm in the afternoon. |
