Yes . 180/120 is considered a cardiac crisis.
Take the meds they give you and lose weight . Avoid sodium. Or you’ll have other issues like heart failure and kidney failure.

I've seen your threads about eating out in the past, and more recent stuff (not sure it's food) you prepared at home.
A lot of modern people have eating addictions/disorders. It's the only way to hit anywhere close to 300 lbs.
The "fasting" and related gimmicks only do more damage.
You really need a local trainer to bust your ass for a couple years to get you closer to 225 lbs or something. Not a gym rat trainer, but a real bro who coaches diet & exercise, and breaks you of your strange food/eating rituals (cf. your poasts of food-like objects you prepare at home).
Most of us wouldn't discuss ergogenics with someone like you, but you're seriously not going to live long at your current rate... it's unlikely a protocol for test/primo & clen has an unfavourable risk/reward profile at your current state.
