Dude probably didn't know there was a problem until he got the opinion. Or, if he used AI to read that too, until the media started calling. |

I work in a state where you can get a public defender appellate contract and get paid a flat $6K per appeal ($4K for the opening and $2K for the reply). For awhile now I've thought these things were ripe af for rampant AI delegation. |
