What causes speech impediments? I ask because the new Gen Z we hired has a speech impediment and she is terrible at her job and cannot read or write well. Wondering if she is mentally disabled.
If she is, I'll try to be nicer to her (although she shouldn't have a job involving reading or writing). If she's not, then I will try to get her fired. |
