When AMK was later asked whether state laws violate the EPC clause, he said yeah, using the words "equal protection" as my guidepost, I think I can say these laws are unfair. He never uttered the phrase "suspect class" once, and he cited none of the 14th Amendment doctrine Bork got dinged for opposing. Flawless execution by AMK clerks but shitcons never read it. |
