it started with severe depression where i would lie in bed all day, but these days it's more moderate. i can function well enough to hold down a WFH job. but i still have many of the symptoms of depression.
here's what i've tried:
therapy
SSRIs
antipsychotics instead of SSRIs (never again)
daily exercise
eating healthy
"journaling"
various supplements
spending time outside every day
Ritalin
spending time in nature
other shit i can't think of right now
nothing really helps. low energy, persistent anhedonia, suicidal ideation by the end of the day, etc.

Virtual Reality
there's "depression" among "normal" people and then there is recognition of our malignantly useless reality. there's no cure for the latter so the only salve is to seek out Other Worlds (imho ymmv).

Depression's everywhere because our culture normalized tons of stuff that quietly wrecks you. Most of it seems normal, so no one questions it. Here's a YouTube video that breaks it down better than I could, might be worth checking out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQUfx-L1Avc
If nothing's worked, maybe you never got to the actual cause. Most people journal wrong, they vent but don't ask hard questions. Try cutting out whatever drains you and figure out what's missing. That's usually where the real problem is.
Try this:
Dopamine detox
Silence and time alone (no phone)
Brutally honest journaling
Fewer stimulants, more walks
Cold showers
Dig into childhood stuff (seriously)
That's all. Take it or leave it.

you're depressed but also cooccurring with anxiety and OCD symptoms. only way out for those symptoms is to have enough money and time to just do what you like to mitigate the illness or more likely, be brutally honest with yourself about what kind of vocation and environment will cut against the mental anguish the best and go all in on that lifestyle.
big pharma or little daily 'hacks' will never save you. the solution is making your lifestyle appealing long term and the rest is just as good as it can be. if you're seriously depressed, you'll end up with the coroner sooner rather than later if you keep searching for a 'solution.' depression is about survival, not a cure.

Which SSRIs? Have a look at the tricyclics. Clomipramine is the very strongest SSRI out there in terms of serotonin receptor action but they prefer it only for OCD.
Give earthing a shot. Try an earthing mat bought online or you can just put your feet into a wet/muddy patch of natural dirt for a while. Or go swimming in the ocean when you can.

SSRIs and "psychology" are flame.
Check your testosterone.
If your free testosterone is under 400 (and I bet it is) get on testosterone replacement therapy. Your symptoms are consistent with low testosterone and/or high estrogen but big pharma would rather tell you you're "depressed" and needs SSRIs or some prancing lib therapist.
