No toilet or bed in the plane. And no layovers as they refueled in air. Just a two man diapered crew on uppers. Impressive and insane.

This isn't true the B-2 is fairly luxurious. It is reported to have a crew lounge, separate en suite bedrooms, a map / chart room, a military library, decent-sized galley with adjacent dining room, and a small observation / reception area, at a minimum (in addition to its engineering room, weapons bay, and pantries).

Crew Accommodations:
For long flights, the B-2 is equipped with a fold-down bunk, a microwave, and a chemical toilet. These amenities allow the crew to rest and eat during extended missions.
