Increase application fees for employment visas (all paid by the employers) to make foreign employment vastly more expensive than hiring citizens. Filing fees for each H1B are now around $1000. Should be a percent of the salary offered, perhaps up to 100% in many cases. Just let Microsoft pay $250k to file an H1B app, before knowing its approved, when they seek to hire an engineer at 250k. Pajeet now costs 500k.
